Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing your child's blueprint. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@firstclue.co with your reading ID or the email address you used during checkout. We'll process your refund within 3 business days.

Help us improve

If something didn't meet your expectations, we'd love to hear about it. Your feedback helps us make Firstclue better for other parents. But sharing feedback is entirely optional — your refund does not depend on it.

After 30 days

Refund requests made after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your blueprint had a technical issue (failed generation, missing content, etc.), we will always make it right regardless of timing.

Free snapshot

The free snapshot is provided at no cost and does not involve a refund since no payment is made.
