Agreement
By using Firstclue, you agree to these terms. Firstclue is operated by Remember Reality, LLC, a Delaware company. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
What Firstclue provides
Firstclue generates personalized child portraits based on birth data, using Western astrology, Chinese astrology, and numerology. These readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or parenting advice.
Free and paid features
The free snapshot provides a summary of your child's key markers at no cost, with no account required. The full blueprint is a one-time purchase of $19 USD, which includes instant access to the full reading and a downloadable PDF.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a blueprint, you authorize a one-time charge of $19 USD. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Refunds
We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Email support@firstclue.co to request a refund. We'd love to hear what didn't work for you so we can improve, but feedback is not required. See our Refund Policy for details.
Accuracy
The accuracy of your reading depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide, particularly the time of birth. We use Swiss Ephemeris (based on NASA JPL ephemerides) for astronomical calculations, but the interpretive insights are generated by AI and should be understood as reflections, not facts.
Your content
You retain ownership of the birth data you provide. By submitting it, you grant us permission to process it for the purpose of generating your reading. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Intellectual property
The Firstclue name, design, and generated blueprint content are the property of Remember Reality, LLC. Your purchased blueprint is for your personal use. You may share it privately but may not resell or redistribute it commercially.
Limitation of liability
Firstclue is provided “as is.” Remember Reality, LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on the content of a reading. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Firstclue after changes constitutes acceptance.
